Responsibilities include: Provide leadership and training of personnel Operation of an assigned location Train and develop employees Ensure compliance of company’s guidelines and specifications Motivate and build a strong team
Requirements: HS Education 2 years Management Experience Strong Leadership Skills A desire for challenge and a talent for building high performance teams
