Taco John's of Fort Morgan, Colorado is looking for dynamic individuals with a passion to exceed customer expectations and a strong desire to motivate and develop their team.  Candidates must have the ability to maintain overall management responsibilities for the restaurant and ensure the restaurant is operating in a profitable, efficient and professional manner. 

Responsibilities will include scheduling, budgeting and financial reporting as well as inventory and cost control.  The ideal candidate must be able to direct, coordinate and participate in food preparation and food order assembly, and must have excellent customer service skills.  Additional responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, training and coordinating activities of team members and the management team.

Qualifications:


A minimum of two years management experience in the food service industry is required.   Must have knowledge of food service procedures, positions and administrative duties.  Requires bending, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion and hearing and verbal skills.  Must be able to give directions and lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
