Executive Assistant
Responsibilities include: This individual will report to the President of IHOP. Manages general administrative duties including phone, mail, heavy correspondence, filing, travel arrangements and meeting/planning coordination. Directly supports the President, coordinates the Presidents calendar, assists with the preparation of Board and other meetings, and manages special projects when needed. Responsibilities may vary to reflect the shifting needs of the Company and the President.
Qualifications are: 5+ years administrative experience, exposure to assisting senior management a must. Requires a detail-oriented professional, capable of handling sensitive and confidential matters with the ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact well with all levels of management. Must be proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Internet applications.
