The DA-LEL Company is a fast growing franchisee of Dunkin’ Donuts.  We currently operate 20 locations in the Greater Boston area.

 

We are currently seeking dedicated Area Managers for various districts outside of Boston which could include Medford, Winthrop, Cambridge, Brookline, Somerville, Revere, Charlestown and East Boston to join our team.  Candidates should have demonstrated leadership skills and a history of driving sales and controlling costs as well as previous food service experience in a multi-unit setting.

 

Responsibilities include:

Ø  Overall leadership and accountability of his/her district

Ø  Developing high performing teams that give great customer service

Ø  Training and developing Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers

Ø  Maintaining Dunkin’ Brands standards

Ø  Ensuring Compliance with standards for safety, sanitation, and all Federal, State, and local laws

Ø  Maximizing sales while controlling food and payroll costs
