Job Description Division Sales Executive DELI EXPRESS – The #1 selling sandwich brand in convenience stores nationwide! E.A. Sween Company is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1955. We are based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota where we make and distribute Deli Express sandwiches. Our Route Sales employees provide direct store delivery service of Deli Express products to convenience stores, small grocery stores and military bases on routes throughout the country. We are looking to add a Division Sales Executive in our Western Division who is eager to learn our business and develop a challenging sales career with E.A. Sween/Deli Express. SUMMARYThe Division Sales Executive focuses primarily on securing new business for the Division. We are looking for a professional sales executive with a proven track record in franchise sales or related sales experience. Cold calling, improving program penetration, conducting business reviews with current customers and attending trade show events are key responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS Must have significant sales and/or route management experience. Prefer B.A. degree. Must have a good understanding in the retail trade, specifically the convenience store industry. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Must have strong math skills and a good understanding of sales percentages and profit/loss statements. Must have professional presentation and communication skills. Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week. Company-paid overnight travel is required 50-75% within the Division covering 6 states in the western United States.BENEFITS¶ Salary dependent on qualifications.
