Director IS Infrastructure and Services

DescriptionResponsibilities: Develops, maintains and improves the infrastructure platform and the services relationships between IS service providers and the Donatos business community, franchise partners and customers.  Directs and leads the segment of the IS organization dedicated to customers services such as the Store and Home Office, Support Desk, Menu Management Services, Network Management, and the Technical Infrastructure relationship.  Responsible for the development and institutionalization of the IS strategy, shaping IS policy, managing technical and/or functional resources, developing and maintaining effective client relationships with executive management and managing a portion of the company’s technology portfolio.  Duties Â·  Manages the communication and implementation of the IS strategy.  Continuously fosters strategy acceptance through visible actions and decisions.  Helps transform plans into tactics, performance measures and results.·  Manages and directs the Technology Infrastructure Plan.·  Manages Delivery of technical support services to Stores and Home Office.·  Actively participates in the development of the overall architecture if applications systems.·  Defines job duties, maintains current position descriptions, hires staff, conducts performance appraisals, salary reviews, performance management.·  Accountable for effective management of department financial resources.  Leads the development of the Infrastructure and Services budget.  Provides high level staffing plans and responsible for capital and expense forecasting of the technical infrastructure.·  Develops and manages client relationships, assist with conceptualization, request reviews, assists clients in benefit analysis and prioritization.·  Effectively manages Projects and Programs within the infrastructure and customer services area.  Reviews and suggest project team structure, staffing, project plans and project budget changes.  Coordinates with vendors of contract services and project teams.·  Performs other job related duties as may be assigned or required.     Qualifications Â·  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or relate fieldrequired; 10 or more years experience in general management, systems support, systems design, development, and implementation for applications, infrastructure or databases.·  Project management experience required or 7-10 years managing IS staff or equivalent combination of education and experience.·  Through knowledge in complex relationship management, strategic planning, technical architecture concepts, process improvement, change management, development techniques, application systems development, methodologies, strong leadership/coaching skills, strong business knowledge/understanding.·  Strong communications, supervisory and organizational skills.·  Moderate travel required (20-30%)          Company: Donatos Pizza Location: Columbus, OH 43230 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: IT/Software Development Relevant Work Experience: 7+ to 10 Years Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Company: Donatos Pizza Email: Apply by Email Please visit us online at www.donatos.com for more information.
