Regal Palms Premier Assisted Living, located at The Palms of Largo, is looking for a hands-on leader to assist our Food Service Director with daily responsibilities. Regal Palms boasts a fun work environment, competitive wages and benefits, discounted membership to on-site holistic health spa and fitness center, and discounted tuition to on-site day care center serving children 6 weeks to 5 years.
The dining room supervisor will work closely with front of house staff to instill proper training of new and existing policies and ensure the dining experience is the highest quality possible. Dining room supervisor will assume all departmental duties in the absence of the Food Service Director. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:Proper scheduling of 30-40 employeesMaintaining morale among staffMaintain all State and Health Dept standardsTeam PlayerCorrecting, counseling and coaching employeesWillingness to learn Holding staff to department and company standardsCommunicating with Food Service Director on a daily basis.
