Required leadership characteristics and skill sets:

 

· Exceptional and genuine hospitality orientation

· Strong focus on highest quality of fresh food preparation and delivery

· Proven leader and developer of people

· Professional image and attitude

· Adherence to company standards, sanitation and food safety procedures

· Clear and concise communicator

· P&L accountability and reconciliation

· Maintain and execute inventory control system (food and product cost)

· Minimum of 3 years management experience working in a full service restaurant, fine dining preferred

· College degree preferred

· Must be capable of lifting 40 lbs and be on feet for 10 hours
