Deli Manager Trainee

Delta Sonic is looking for GREAT Managers to work in our Deli and Dunkin Donuts cafes at our Walden, Orchard Park and Niagara Falls Boulevard locations.  These vacancies have been created due to our constant and consistent growth; and we are looking for great candidates to grow with us. 

 

If you do not have management experience, we have several positions available that are entry level.  We have an extensive on-the-job training.  Especially if you are an early morning person we have FIRST SHIFTS available too! Please apply!

 

Potential candidates will have an interest in food preparation, culinary arts, and customer service.  Full and Part time opportunities are available.  Must be dependable, honest, responsible, and have the ability to multi-task.  Must also carry a neat and clean personal appearance at all times.

 

Management Candidates will begin their employment in a Manager Trainee Program.This 6 to 8 week paid training program prepares candidates to fill our management positions when successfully completed to Delta Sonic's standards.  Managers will be responsible to know, train and perform all work duties which include but are not limited to: customer service, sales, scheduling, employee discipline, food preparation, as well as health and safety.

 

Minimum requirements for Manager Trainees:

1. Must have culinary degree with two years of food service experience, OR

  5 years of food service experience without degree.

2.Must be able to demonstrate consistent work experience.

3.  Must have 6 months to 1 year of leadership, management or key holder experience.

4.  Must be flexible to work at any of the local locations and have a flexible availability.

5.  Must have a great customer service attitude.

6.  Serve Safe Certification training is a plus!

 

Manager Pay is largely based on experience and performance.  We are looking to pay qualified Manager Trainees $10 - $11 per hour.  Base pay plus bonuses are included in the pay scale for these positions after training.
