ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

 

·  Supervise Customer Service

·  Coordinate and Monitor processes for the street sales team.

·  Division point person for Territory Mangers, District Sales Managers and Drivers; identifying and contacting division resources required to assist the customer.  Will also follow up with the District Sales Management for the Lead Management tools which include customer churn and retention. 

·  Responsible for tracking and analyzing outcomes with the customers

·  Monitoring and tracking interaction with customer prospects

·  Organize Business Reviews with current customers

·  Create marketing and sales materials

·  Work closely with the division trainer to schedule and run training on the business review process

·  Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

 High School Diploma or GED, College Degree Preferred1-2 Years Supervisory ExperienceMinimum 1 year experience collecting/analyzing data preferable in a sales environment.Strong Organizational skill and ability to multi taskMust be self motivated and accountableMust have good communication skillsExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Suites and Oracle Discoverer.
