Cherokee Nation Enterprises is the fastest growing entertainment company in Oklahoma. We operate seven Casinos and numerous retail establishments in northeast Oklahoma, with corporate offices in Tahlequah and Catoosa. Our most recent expansion, Cherokee Casino and Resort in Tulsa, is Oklahoma's first resort gaming destination. The resort features a 150-room hotel with four restaurants, three clubs, meeting space, a gift shop, and championship golf course. Responsibilities The Dish/Utility is responsible for the cleanliness of the glassware, flatware, China ware, and all miscellaneous cooking tools.  Upholds cleanliness standards for kitchen operations, equipment, and tools.  Maintains safe and sanitary work environment.  Performs other job related duties as assigned. Qualifications One year of work experience in a similar position.  Must have ability to acquire a Food Handler’s Card from the Cherokee Nation.  Must have general experience and working knowledge of basic kitchen cleanliness as well as dishwashing operations.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
