We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join the Dunkin' Donuts Franchise team!
The primary accountabilities for this position include: Ensure accurate and timely processing of Franchise DocumentsReceive and validate appropriate documentation relating to the franchisee (person party, organization party), preparing and submitting template in order for party to be set up to enable the request and creation of documents.Reviewing customer file/documentation for accuracy & completeness prior to requesting and drafting the appropriate contract(s). Timely and accurately creating all Dunkin’ Donuts franchise documents. In addition, simultaneously ensure company policies and applicable laws are adhered to. This entails timely review of back up information (IE Articles, UFOC receipts, etc.) for completeness and accuracy, researching legal files, and verification of various deal components (adherence to disclosure laws, RAR approvals, qualified candidates, proper ownership structure, etc.).Complete document processing by ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving signed/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds due.Ensure continuing franchise and advertising fees are accurately and timely entered into the fee rate table to enable revenue recognition.Ensure efficient and timely maintenance of the Oracle/Symphony system which is critical to the data integrity of Dunkin’ Donuts contracts, terms, fees, and franchiseesUpdate other systems as required (Fee Rate Table/Global Development-Tracking, Global Development-Franchising, etc.). Create, maintain and distribute reports relating to assigned contracts.
The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following: 4+ years prior experience with contracts / legal documents.Prior administrative/office experience and/or Associates Degree in BusinessProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (sorting/reworking spreadsheets), Lotus Notes, InternetPrior experience with Oracle applications a plusExperience in supporting several field executives and/or managing multi-step processes desired.Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and coordinate/follow-up with multiple priorities, while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.

· Working on a computer for 85% of time
· Lifting up to 40 pounds
