Here's another great opportunity to join the Burger King team: This position is responsible for the operations of a company owned market comprised of six (6) to ten (10) restaurants. Above all, his/her key role is to monitor and improve guest satisfaction and restaurant profitability through efficient operations and restaurant visitations, and to protect the health of guests through food safety and sanitation. The Company Business Manager has a dual focus for his/her restaurants overall: to drive sales at the restaurant level through local marketing tactics; and to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by facilitating safe, clean, high quality restaurant operations; managing and leading restaurant management; and protecting the BKC Brand and the health and welfare of guests and employees. He/she is responsible for building a team of high- performing Restaurant Managers and maximizing Operations excellence at the restaurant level by conducting restaurant visits; offering feedback on operational and other issues; assisting with food safety and audits; Guest Trac results and plans for improvement; and ensuring, Clean and Safe, Hot and Fresh and Friendly and Fast Platforms. CBMs also play a key role in optimizing restaurant sales by ensuring guest service including handling complaints; assisting with weekly projections and analysis of financial performance; and developing plans to maximize results.QualificationsProfessionals who lead by example, who roll up their sleeves and get into finding solutions, and who like working autonomously are ideal for this key role. At least 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience with a major player and/or at least 5 years in general business management is required. Proven coaching/training experience; ability to make quick decisions and multi-task; P&L analysis/management experience; and strong verbal and written communication abilities are also necessary.
