Chefs
Since opening in 1992 as DC's first brewpub since prohibition, Capitol City Brewing Company has set the standard for food and fun! We take great pride in our beer, so much so that our Chefs have created an excellent menu of regional cuisine using the finest of ingredients that are delivered fresh, daily.
Our first location still stands in Downtown DC, at 11th and H St., NW. We also have a location on Capitol Hill as well as in Arlington, VA and Baltimore, MD. Our company policy is to bring the fine craft of brewing to every person who lives and visits our region, plus treat them to a wonderful meal and a truly great experience. Our Corporate Chef, Tim Campion, has created a menu that goes above and beyond average brewpub fare! From our award-winning Chowders, to our daily specials that vary by location, even the choosiest diner can find something delicious to eat! Chef Tim, along with our Chefs incorporates traditional pub fare with the regions best cuisine including complimentary pretzels and mustard sauce!
