We are looking for high energy, ambitious, and take-charge types to join our management team as an assistant manager. We need strong minded and determined people to help us grow!

Qualifications:Ambitious and career minded individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic3 years minimum restaurant experience REQUIREDManagement experience NOT REQUIRED, but helpfulMust be willing to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidaysBasic computer skills/POS knowledge a plusAbility to lead a successful team and take directionWilling to travel in Charlotte or surrounding areasExcellent communication and organization skills

Job Requirements:Daily operations (including cash controls, enforcing company policies, following recipes and specifications to company standards)Must be hands-on while still maintaining control of entire restaurantHire, train, and schedule hourly staffProduce profits by controlling food and labor costsGrow sales by promoting restaurant, offering excellent customer service and providing knowledgeable service and kitchen staff
