Asst Manager/Lead Supervisor

Shapiro's Deli is seeking an Assistant Manager/Lead Supervisor for rotating shifts.  Qualified candidate will have previous management experience in a restaurant.  We are adding to our staff due to increased business and expansion.  Qualified candidate will have experience in all facets of restaurant management, including employee relations, purchasing, scheduling, customer service, marketing, safety, and health department compliance. 

Shapiro's Deli has been serving Indianapolis and the surrounding areas for over 100 years.  We are an Indianapolis landmark and our specialty is kosher style food.  Shapiro's Deli is known for corned beef and pastrami sandwiches piled high on our own rye, home style dinners such as baked chicken, meatloaf and stuffed cabbage, along with the finest desserts in the city.  Located at 808 S. Meridian Street, we are just a moment away from Lucas Oil Stadium, the Convention Center, Conseco Fieldhouse and Victory Field.

Our staff numbers about 50, we are open 7 days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and we are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Come and join our family!  This is an exciting place to work in Indianapolis.
