There's even an interactive dessert bar and private party rooms for birthdays and other special celebrations.We currently have a full-time opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager in our full-service restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will provide support and assistance to the Restaurant Manager in the new Natick Collection location.Primary Responsibilities:' Oversee overall customer service delivery in the restaurant. Provide positive examples of extraordinary hospitality to the staff by maintaining a strong presence in the dining room and party rooms.' Manage staff of approximately 60 including FOH and BOH supervisors, and all other restaurant staff.' Oversee operational needs of the reservation and order systems and all other equipment.' Ensure proper safety and sanitation practices are in place and that the established standards are consistently achieved. ' Hire, train and develop restaurant staff.' Bachelor's degree in hospitality/restaurant management preferred.' Warm and engaging communication skills are an absolute requirement.' Well-developed computer skills essential; must be a skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. ' Work schedule requires evening and weekend work.
