Assistant Manager needed for Local Gourmet Market

 For over 120 years our original Oakville Grocery location has been the "little country store" in the heart of the Napa Valley, attracting visitors from near and far with its special Oakville charm. Our selection focuses on wonderful, handmade local products from our neighbors here in Napa and Sonoma. Along with delicious made-to-order sandwiches, gourmet cheeses and charcuterie, we offer a wide array of prepared foods for your party or picnic needs. You will also find our shelves lined with specialty items to include local olive oils and vinegars, unique mustards, marinades and handmade preserves.

Oakville Grocery currently has an opening for an experienced Assistant Manager for their Healdsburg location. 

An Assistant Manager must deliver superior performance against objectives in sales, profitability, customer service, operational efficiencies, and people development. A passion for food and customer service is a must!

Must have 3+ years in restaurant management &/or retail food management experience.  Ability to manage a small staff, meet or exceed financial goals, & excellent analytical skills.  Must be able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
