These 11 weeks consist of position and management training in a certified training store. They also include 1 week at our home office in Lexington, Kentucky. No one is fast tracked through training. In addition, you earn 2 personal days and accrue 6 sick days per year. We are also closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. We close early on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Two (2) or more years casual theme restaurant experience or 5 years Gm experience in Fast Casual or Fast Food. We also welcome degreed candidates. Bar experience preferred.
