Responsibilities for this positon include:

 

Fielding phones calls and taking appropriate steps to resolve issues

Separating checks from invoices and putting in envelops

Handling all mail and replenishing the postage meter

Opening and distributing mail

Preparing Fed Ex packages and maintaining supplies

Ordering all Office supplies

Gathering information from the restaurants

Preparing the managers schedule

Updating fish prices and checking menu pricing

Copying and binding financials

Preparing credit applications

Compiling logo inventory

Completing internet gift card sales

 

Willingness and ability to provide a high level of customer service

Good knowledge of Microsoft office including Word and Excel

Good organization skills and attention to detail a must!!

Prior office experience required

 

Start $15/hr

Location: San Diego Downtown - parking and lunch included
