Qualifications

Makes articulate, effective presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media.

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals.

Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.

Demonstrates intense motivation to sell.

Experience managing accounts and targeting prospects within a designated region. Ability to retain current customer base through customer satisfaction.

This experience is closely similar to what our company does in the process of the sales and rental of virtually all types of construction equipment. Having this experience is a plus, but not required.

Experience communicating regular status to clients, superiors, and peers.

Knowledge of how to develop newsletters, compose memos, and direct correspondence to keep employees informed of new company developments and events.

Generates leads through planning and persistence.

Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.

AA or equivalent experience.

Any certificates related to the use of construction equipment is a plus, such as; forklift certified, mechanic certified.
