Operational Coordinator

Job Profile:An Operational Coordinator is generally responsible for managing the day to day requests from employees. This includes actively responding to requests to be off, switch days, flexes, trades, call-ins and any other adjustments that are made to predetermined schedules. An Operational Coordinator must be able to understand and refer to forecasting to determine if requests should be approved or denied. Operational Coordinators will work with Intraday Analyst to ensure that the performance of all of the centers is optimized. Additionally, an OC is responsible for record keeping of related requests. Finally, an OC is expected to effectively and professionally communicate the policies and procedures to all levels of employees at each facility. Responsibilities: Handle employee call-in process will high priority. Address all questions in regards to schedule adjustments (requests off, switch days and flexes), Workforce Management applications and policies/procedures. Monitor and record attendance exceptions in a central database and provide information to Intraday Analysts and Team Managers regarding absences. Uphold confidentiality of employee records. Assist in communicating when additional hours and LPV should be offered at each call center. Respond to all requests for additional hours and LPV.
