Job Summary - Online Marketing Associate - Avis.com Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC is searching for an Online Marketing Associate - Avis.com to join our Marketing department based in Parsippany, NJ. This position contributes to the company's success by assisting the Online Marketing Manager with the day-to-day responsibilities including adding value to the user experience and/or increasing revenue opportunities in relation to the Avis.com website.  Other specific duties include supporting online initiatives for marketing and pricing departments, assisting with scheduled releases, and getting involved with changes and/or updates to the website.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities - See disclaimer below for further information. The essential duties and responsibilities as well as knowledge, skills and abilities include but are not limited to the following: Assisting with documenting requirements of the identified items to be included in avis.com releases, which include reporting and tracking usability issues.Reviewing and tracking these issues and determining the scope, impact, and prioritizationParticipating in all aspects of requirements identification, analysis and documentation, as well as facilitating development and/or resolution of business rules and issuesAssisting in maintaining additional avis.com mini-sitesAssisting in maintaining/implementing retail and promotional campaigns/offers which includes SEO implementations and strategies and analytics and reportsAssist with the management of the marketing budget Successful candidate will possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency Ability to lead and manage projects through an entire project lifecycle Strong problem solving skills requiredExcellent time management, planning, and organizational skills requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompleted Bachelor's degree requiredAt least 2 years directly-related professional working experience in an Internet-related field requiredWorking knowledge of current Internet-related technologies and web trends required
