Lead Service Technician

With over 90 locations in the US and Canada, we maintain one of the largest mobile office and storage unit lease fleets in the country and have been serving customers for more than 50 years.Based out of Madison, MS, the Lead Service Technician responsibilities will be: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and servicing of the mobile office/storage product fleet to ensure timely delivery to our customers; Perform monthly fleet and parts inventories; Seek out subcontractor labor at competitive pricing; Coordinate refurbishment of the fleet; Issue and track vendor purchase orders; Assess damage billing; Perform safety meetings; Effectively communicate schedules and product status with Admin and Sales. The ideal candidate will have: HS Diploma/equivalent Background in construction with knowledge & skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry A working knowledge of MS Office/Excel Strong organizational/communication skills And the ability to effectively handle multiple, changing priorities Valid driver’s license Additionally, the candidate will have demonstrated effective supervisory experience and leadership skills.
