We have an opening for a customer service rep/billing/administration clerk to process contracts generated by the sales team. You need to know Quickbooks, be a whiz with Excel and have an obsession with details and follow-through.
This position is ideal for someone who
v Has experience as an accounting clerk but wants a change
v Loves customer service but wants more time to develop their operations skills
v Is an experienced billing clerk and wants exposure to contracts
v Has worked in an administrative role in an industry that uses contracts (copier industry, cable/internet, telecommunications, security systems, and so on).
Our preference is for an individual with experience working for large companies which train how to provide customer service excellence. We seek an individual with a personal track record of top notch customer service, excellent communication skills (you will be taking inbound customer calls with questions) and a high level of proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks.
We are professionally managed and provide a fun work environment. You will report to the Accounting Manager. Your responsibilities will include processing new contracts, purchasing equipment, working with third party billing companies, communicating contract status to sales team, and some projects.
Compensation is $12 to $15/hour – with vacation time, holidays, sick days and benefits. Compensation is based on your experience, productivity and service excellence. We seek an individual who is outgoing, has a fun personality, is POSITIVE with a “can-do” attitude, works hard, and believes in providing great customer service and is smart.
