Business Rental Billing Account Specialist

Job Profile:Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s St. Louis Contact Center currently has an opening for a Business Rental Billing Account Specialist. The normal work week will be a 40 hour week, Monday through Friday, with start times between 7am and 9am. This position will work closely with our Contact Center accounting team, as well as with Enterprise field employees. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service while successfully collecting the balances billed to our business accounts for daily rental services.Responsibilities: Handle and resolve billing-related issues to ensure timely payment of receivables Trouble-shoot problem tickets and rentals Contact accounts regarding late and/or delinquent payments Respond to e-mail requests from customers, rental branches, and internal staff Research accounting entries & field questions from the Accounting team Reconcile & research customer payments Point of contact for all Enterprise invoices billed to an account Reporting, as requested All other projects as assigned Qualifications: A 4 year degree or within one year of graduating with a 4 year degree is required. Accounting, Finance, or Business major preferred. Accounting, or Collections experience preferred.
