Branch Service Manager
Williams Scotsman, Inc., is a leader in the mobile office and modular building business. With over 90 locations throughout the US and Canada, and continuing to grow, we maintain one of the largest mobile office and storage unit lease fleets in North America, serving customers for more than 50 years. We are seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee operations of our fleet to include delivery, removal and maintenance and provide supervision and dispatch of drivers and service personnel. These responsibilities will encompass: * Overseeing the ongoing maintenance and servicing of the mobile office/storage product fleet* Assigning and scheduling daily service calls and acting as customer liaison* Supervising the service; tracking time and vacation; performing performance evaluations; overseeing HR issues related to the service team* Performing monthly and quarterly fleet and parts inventories* Coordinating refurbishment of the fleet* Seeking out subcontractor labor at competitive pricing* Issuing and tracking vendor purchase orders* Assessing damage billing* Conducting periodic safety meetings Qualified candidates will have:* HS Diploma/equivalent, some college coursework preferred* Construction experience, including a background in plumbing, electrical and carpentry* Proven effective supervisory skills* Prior dispatch experience helpful* Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook* Strong customer service focus* Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment* Clean driving record (CDL a plus but not required)* Ability to stand, climb, crawl and bend up to 75% of the workday and lift up to 50 pounds Interested candidates should send a resume along with cover letter and salary requirements to mail to: rossako@willscot.com Please send in Word format.
