GVA Detroit, an international commercial real estate broker and consulting firm is looking to add to its Southfield sales staff. We are open to discussing compensation plans including commission, draws,salary,etc. Responsibilities include finding buyers and sellers of commercial property in the tri-county area.This includes networking with chamber of commerces,being active in communities, calling companies and introducing yourself and our company. Candidate must be professional, driven to learn the commercial real estate business, skilled in sales, consultative in approach, problem solver, goal setter,extremely positive, motivated and entrepreneurial.
Sales experience is necessary. Residential or commercial real estate sales a plus. We will keep all candidates confidential.
