Job DescriptionConducting the Engel & Völkers training "Ready to Sell!" for our sales agents with focus on sales techniques, communication, resources management, listing presentation, showings, CI, advertising, market research, marketing) Conducting the Engel & Völkers “Assistant Training� with focus on CI, advertising, marketing, property shop organization, controlling) Conducting sales coaching on the job for our franchisees Creating new and adapting existing training materials with respect to the local market specifications while maintaining the Engel & Voelkers System and philosophy Liaising with the Academy of Real Estate of our parent company in Hamburg, Germany in all training matters Coordinating all logistics for off-site and in-house training events Evaluate and measure results and effectiveness of training programs and researching new training techniques as necessary Maintaining budgets for training programs

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with hands-on experience and strong knowledge in the training/coaching area.  Flexibility, positive attitude, and a strong sense for initiative combined with a willingness to learn are necessary to be successful in this dynamic and challenging opportunity.

 BA/BS in Business or Education At least 2-3 years experience in the training/ service industry Proven track record of successful coaching/training experience Real Estate business experience or sales background desired Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Self motivated with strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills Ability to be effective and responsible as company representative Proficiency in all Microsoft applications German language skills welcome – but not a must Travel required
