Title Representative /Account Executive

SettlementOne is looking for a high energy, motivated Title Representative /Account Executive. Must have excellent communication skills, be a fast learner and a hard worker. SettlementOne is a leading title company in San Diego with a rapidly growing sales department.  We’re seeking a Title Rep with a great attitude to join our team and help expand our market share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Contact key sales targets and other potential customers.Build a base of clients through referrals, marketing, and leads.Educate, inform, and encourage use of SettlementOne Title’s products and services.Hit and surpass weekly and monthly sales goals.Develop and implement comprehensive plan to meet stated objectives. 



Required Skills and Competencies:

 High school diploma or equivalent Proficient computer skills (MS Office)Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsReliable source of transportation1-2 years of mortgage and/or real estate industry experience preferredGeneral knowledge of title insurance products and services preferred
