FOR SMALL PRIVATELY HELD COMMERCIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT CO.

Job Responsibilities:
 Answering phones Coordinate service bids and contracts Lease administration including maintenance of emergency information and insurance certificates Setup tenant and vendor information and files Collection and resolution of rent and other tenant charges Communicate with on-site engineer, tenants, and vendors to ensure optimum performance of all properties Reports directly to Vice President of Property Management

Qualifications/Skills:
 California Real Estate License - optional Experience in commercial property management Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel Knowledge of various leasing agreements Excellent customer service abilities Reliable, organized, proactive, communicative and effective problem solving skills Able to work under pressure and prioritize to meet deadlines
