Stock Plan Administrator - Job DESPA

ProLogis is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator at our Corporate Headquarters in Denver.  Our office is located near Pena Blvd. and I-70.

 

Duties and responsibilities include the following:


The Stock Plan Administrator is responsible for the administration, reporting, and reconciliation of the global equity compensation program including options, restricted stock units, performance units, phantom shares and dividend equivalent units.  Duties include the following:Comprehensive records maintenance of all stock plan activitiesCoordination and monitoring of information flow and communication between vendor, brokers, transfer agent, employees and internal departments  Calculation of tax withholding, process exercises, vests and distributionsMaintenance of beneficial ownership recordsPreparation and filing section 16 reports; assist with proxy, 10-K and 10-Q preparationAssists with preparation of Board of Trustees meeting materials and assists with preparation of Board and committee resolutionsDistribution of dividend statements

 

Qualifications include the following:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5 or more years stock plan administration experienceProficient use of Equity Edge software and solid knowledge of Word and ExcelInternational stock administration and experience with implementation to outsourced model a plusExperience at a public company preferredDemonstrated ability to understand and administer a complex plan Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with highly sensitive, confidential information and to maintain complete confidentialityPartners effectively with Human Resources, Legal, Finance and outside vendorsDemonstrated customer service skills and experience working with Senior OfficersExcellent attention to detail, ability to problem solve, take initiative and work independently
