Site Manager
Regional leader in the self storage industry has an immediate opening for a Site Manager in Los Angeles. The facility is one of the largest facilities in the area and is located on S. La Brea close to I-10. An ideal Site Manager candidate will have experience managing sales, customer service, staff, collections and budgets in the property management or self storage industries. Experience managing retail sites or multiple retail sites with in excess of $3 million in sales would also be applicable. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing a large facility and a staff of leasing agents and maintenance staff. Duties will include hiring and training staff, interaction with customers, leasing and collection activities, sales, and oversight of facility upkeep and maintenance. This is a “working manager” position as the Site Manager will work along side with staff performing leasing, collections and marketing duties. Excellent computer skills are also required. The company offers a competitive salary and an on-site two bedroom apartment. An excellent health insurance package, paid vacations and holidays are also offered. Candidates must have management experience, excellent references, be able to pass alcohol/drug screening and background check and have a clean DMV record.
