The Service Technician will be responsible for general apartment maintenance including: work order service, common area maintenance, on-call service, vacant turnover (per Shea's standards.) Support and back up property team. Contribute to the overall success. Qualifications Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical HVAC, masonry and general apartment maintenance. Customer service oriented. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Organization skills required.
