Senior Property Manager

Our client, a regional property management firm headquartered in Virginia Beach, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team. The firm manages multi-site portfolio including multi-family apartments, commercial property, hotels and a self-storage facility. Reporting directly to the Owner/President, this hands-on position will be responsible for:

Â· Supervising overall operations including safety & maintenance, capital improvements and office administration

Â· Conducting market analysis

Â· Preparing budgets and making recommendations for cost effectiveness and income enhancements

The successful candidate will have managed multiple sites including residential and commercial properties, supervisory experience, tax credit knowledge and contract & leasing experience. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must along with MS Office knowledge. Experience in hospitality property management along with Real Page rent roll software knowledge is highly desired.
