Richmond Town Square is seeking an individual to routinely inspect, troubleshoot, make repairs and perform preventive maintenance to the interior/exterior areas of the property. This individual will be asked to operate high reach or lift equipment as well as welding equipment as needed to make repairs. Other responsibilities include maintaining and repairing buildings plumbing and electrical systems. Must also offer assistance to customers by answering questions to create excellent customer service and goodwill.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2-3 years building maintenance experience performing some carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical or plumbing.
- Valid Drivers License
