Self Storage Manager Team

Richmond, California self storage facility is searching for a manager TEAM to operate our 800+ unit location.  This team will manage the daily operations of the store: greeting customers, answering telephones, taking customer payments, responding to customer inquiries, renting units, compiling and transmitting reporting to the home office, plus other administrative duties as assigned from time to time.  Accuracy and cleanliness is expected.

Outside, among other duties, you will be expected to maintain the grounds in an exceptionally neat and clean condition.  Basic maintenance skills are required from at least one of the team members.

There are only three employees at this location, so the atmosphere is informal and friendly, yet professional.  Above all, customer service is stressed and held in the highest esteem.  We are looking for high energy people as the pace can be hectic from time to time.

Bilingual is a plus for this position.  Occasional overtime will be incurred.  Work shifts on Saturday and Sunday are probable, and we are on duty until at least 6:00pm, seven days per week.

A three-bedroom home adjacent to the office, plus paid utilities, is included as part of the compensation for the job. Seven paid holidays are observed, and two weeks paid vacation are earned after the first year.  Group medical insurance is available.
