Storage Choice is currently seeking an entrepreneurial FULL TIME RESIDENT MANAGER TEAM for one of our Houston stores.   

 

This team will be responsible for the following: Rental of storage units Managing the Accounts Receivable /collections process Sales of boxes and moving supplies Aggressive marketing to local businesses and apartment managers Deliver excellent customer service to current tenants as well as potential customers Keeping property “spotless� and well-maintained

Qualifications we are looking for: 2-3 years business experiences in sales, retail, and/or customer service Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to sell over the phone Minor computer skills Ability to perform light maintenance and clean-up work High school diploma required Clean employment background and drug test
