Section 8 Property Manager
Seeking Section 8 Property Manager in Saint Paul, MN. Must have ability to work with a diverse population and accomplish goals with frequent distractions. The ideal candidate will have:2 or more years property management experience Excellent communications skills Knowledge of property finances and budgets Understanding of short and long range planning Exceptional organization skills Experience evaluating, training, and motivating staff
Section 8 certification and Yardi experience are preferred.
