Newmark Knight Frank is seeking a Sales Professional to join their Irvine California office. We are expanding our Southern California operations and seeking candidates to join our business development team. The ideal candidate for this position must be self-driven, with prior sales related experience, and looking to grow within the company.

n Comfortable with researching companies on the internet

n Professional appearance with sound business judgment

n Great attention to detail

 

Qualification Requirements:

 

n California real estate license

n Minimum 1 year of commercial or 2 years of residential real estate experience

n Bachelor’s degree in business plus alternative sales experience may be substituted for the proceeding

n High competency with Microsoft Office applications

n 2+ years of college education; business, economics, or real estate related coursework preferred

 

Candidate Training:

 

Newmark will provide on the job training for a career minded candidates. Hands-on training will include preparation of marketing materials, real estate financial analysis as it pertains to commercial properties and real estate law as it relates to purchases, sales and leasing of real estate property. Candidate will be paired with a senior broker.
