We are currently in need of an experienced Sales Consultant.  Have you:Sold manufactured homes or other types of housing?  Closed the sale of homes by meeting with prospective buyers?

In order to be successful you must have:

 Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in the housing industry Willingness to work non-traditional hours.  A typical schedule may be Tuesday - Friday 10-7 and Saturday 10-5Ability to fluently speak Spanish (REQUIRED)Excellent organizational skills Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook Solid communication skills (both written and oral)
