The Position and Requirements:

 

Time Equities, Inc. seeks a Sales & Rental Agent with a valid New York real estate license to take on sales responsibilities for the New York City sales and rental market.  Sales Associate will work with buyers, sellers and property owners in the sale, purchase and lease of their apartment, coop, condo, townhouse and investment property. One year minimum experience in residential sales. Confident negotiator.Ability to use financial analysis as a basis for decision-making.Willingness to learn and take direction.  Ability to evaluate deals quickly and pursue those with potential.
