Currently, we are seeking consultants for our Los Angeles, CA office with the following experience:Finance and accounting professionals to fill immediate SEC Reporting openings.Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience plus three or more of the following: o SEC reporting experience in a Fortune 500 environment. o Preparation of 10-Q and 10-K, MD&A and footnotes. o CPA preferred. o Big 4 experience a plus. Associates must demonstrate technical proficiency and expertise in their field, possess excellent communication and problem solving skills and have a desire to deliver exceptional client service.
