Residential Property Manager
Expanding national property management company seeks managers with 3 - 5 year experience in residential property management.
We have an opening for an experienced Resident Manager in Columbus, OH. We will also consider placing a team for Resident Manager and Maintenance.
We are looking for hard working creative thinkers with a great attitude, old-fashioned work ethics, integrity and professionalism. You must believe in coming to work on time everyday, taking pride in your work and enjoying what you do. Additional requirements include:
Stong work history in the Ohio market, preferably Columbus Great team building skills:Â must be able to hire, train, motivate and supervise your staff Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Ability to develop, implement and track successful marketing and promotional plans Possess strong knowledge of all basic maintenance concepts Ability to create and adhere to an operating budget Must work well with deadlines and thirve in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Section 8 voucher program a plus Computer skills:Â working knowledge of Word and Excel, Yardi Voyager skills a huge plus
