Residential Maintenance Tech

Individual will be required to perform basic electrical and plumbing within an apartment complex. HVAC certification and experience is a plus. Property maintenance also includes, but is not limited to, light carpentry work, swimming pool maintenance, landscaping and lawncare, general cleaning, and other maintenance duties. Individual must be able to lift and have some of own tools. Certified Pool Operator's license is a plus. Individual may also be required to use personal vehicle to obtain apartment supplies so a valid driver's license is required.Individual must be an independent worker with the ability to make good judgment while maintaining safe practices. A cordial personality is a must when dealing with various tenants. Flexibility is important, especially while being on-call after hours and in cases of emergencies.
