Residential Leasing Consultant / Administrative Assistant

Great company looking for an experienced residential leasing consultant / administrative assistant for immediate opening.

We are looking for a self motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills who is extremely organized with a strong attention to detail and able to multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft office and proven leasing track record a must.

Duties include but not limited to: Greeting and touring prospective tenants Preparing leases Preparing work orders Preparing various leasing reports Answering phones and filing

Must be available to work Saturday's
