One of the most difficult times YOU face, as a real estate licensee, is your first six months in business. Sales commissions can be slow in the beginning, while you build your book of business and develop productive relationships, especially in a downward trending market.

 

We suggest our agents start making money immediately by assisting rental clients. We provide all of the tools necessary to be successful. Every new agent goes through an extensive training program so that you can start making money in your second week! Our full-time agents typically make $35K - $90K. Agents can also elect to receive sales training from Keller Williams and develop a base of clients to make a transition into sales.

As a Rental Specialist your responsibilities will include

•  Assisting rental clients to find Apartments.

•  Maintaining relationships with local Keller Williams sales agents.

•  Touring employees of our corporate customers to help find rental housing.

 

What it takes

•  Must have or be willing to obtain a Florida Real Estate License.

•  Outgoing and engaging personality.

•  Strong interpersonal skills.

•  Willingness to work as part of a team.

•  Strong work ethic and self-motivated: drive and desire to make $.

Compensation

Commission plus performance bonuses. We offer a draw against commission for the first 8 weeks.
