Regional Vice President of Sales: Northeast

Mac-Gray Services, Inc, a leading provider of products and services to the multi-housing industry is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for their Northeast region.

 

We are searching for a highly motivated Regional Vice President to drive our dramatic internal growth plan.  The right individual must have a successful history implementing sales strategies and possess sound experience executing comprehensive sales plans, and be able to establish long and short-range sales objectives to increase revenues while exceeding profitability objectives.  This individual will work out of their home office and will manage a territory covering the six states of New England, New York State and New Jersey.  The Regional Vice President will be responsible for managing eleven District Managers.  In addition, this individual will establish relationships with the major apartment building owners and property management companies in the market and assist with District Manager’s business development. 

 

The Regional Vice President will report to the Vice President of Sales.

 

Requirements and Experience:

·  Minimum 5 years successful sales management experience.

·  Proven track record of significant sales growth in competitive sales atmosphere.

·  Strong communication and presentation skills.

·  4-year college degree required.  MBA a plus.

·  Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet).

·  Previous sales management training.

·  Experience using contact management tools (CRM) a plus.

·  Experience selling products or services to the multi-housing market a plus.

 

Base salary will be commensurate with experience; generous annual bonus opportunity based on objectives achieved.  401k, stock purchase plan, health benefits and car allowance.
