Regional Vice President
Our Regional Vice Presidents are responsible for the successful operation and financial performance of multiple assets within a geographic region. If you are an experienced multi-site manager with a desire for a career with a dynamic Real Estate Investment Trust, where you can grow in knowledge and responsibility, we’d like to hear from you.
Summary
The Regional Vice President is responsible for overseeing multi-site operations in one or more geographic areas. A typical portfolio consists of six to ten properties. The RVP is responsible for maximizing the financial performance of each asset and meeting or exceeding designated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). From a regional perspective the RVP monitors personnel, marketing, leasing, collections, resident relations, resident retention, customer service, community maintenance, contracted services, capital improvements, administration, reporting, community safety, and legal compliance through monthly property evaluations. RVPs routinely evaluate pricing models, additional revenue streams, and market trends to accurately forecast future performance. Successful RVPs demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, high level of energy and adaptability to a fast paced and changing environment.

• Knowledge of legal regulations including but not limited to EEO, OSHA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA and FMLA
• Proficiency in Excel
• MRI-RM and OpsBuyer experience preferred
RequirementsBachelors degree and minimum two years experience as a property manager or general manager in retail, hotel or other sales/service related industry, or minimum five years multi-site experience as regional property manager in real estate or general manager in retail, hotel or other sales/service related industry and CPM or CCIM designation Preference given to advanced degrees in real estate, management or finance REIT experience preferred College degree required; Preferred designations: CAM, RAM, CAPS, CPM, ARM, RPM, Real Estate License REIT Experience Preferred
