You'll be working with incredible individuals with boundless creativity and an impressive track record. As a Regional Property Supervisor for Pacifica S.D. Management, you will be an important member of the team that oversees the maintainance of numerous community operations; manages, motivates, and corrects staff; achieves operational objectives; prepares budgets and aids in the control of expenses; establishes objectives; oversees capital projects; identifies current and future community requirements; resolves resident/staff dissatisfactions; prepares community operations reports; updates job knowledge; maximizes revenues; develops and advises promotions; establishes marketing campaigns; enhances community reputation.

Development, implementation, and monitoring of programs that assure a safe facility and work environment that is in compliance with all appropriate regulations--Ergonomics, Emergency Response, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communications Programs.
Expert at combining extensive knowledge of the business to integrate and develop sound budgets.
Makes articulate, effective presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media.
Doesn't hold back anything that needs to be said, provides current, direct, complete, and actionable positive and corrective feedback to others. Faces up to people problems on any person or situation (not including direct reports) quickly and directly.
Excellent people skills. Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people.
A qualified applicant will be well versed with Yardi and Excel. Knowledge of other property management software is a bonus.
The ideal candidate must be able to travel up to 50% of employment time.
Proficient at providing information and education to the community.
BA/BS in Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Management or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
